A man has targeted women to forcibly take cell phones at least twice this month in Logan Square and Lakeview on the North Side, police said.
The incidents both happened Friday. The first was around 2:40 p.m. in the 3500 block of North Ashland Avenue in the city's Lakeview neighborhood.
