The Dan Ryan Chinatown feeder ramp was closed Tuesday morning after a semi crashed into a barrier and caused concrete to fall onto the ramp, according to the Indiana State Police.
The southbound I-55 ramp to the Dan Ryan was also closed Tuesday morning while crews cleaned up the debris.
