Rockford man charged with domestic battery after incident that caused 4-hour lockdown at Concordia University

A 33-year-old Rockford man has been charged with domestic battery, which police said took place Oct. 17 at Concordia University Chicago in River Forest and led to a lockdown of the school that lasted nearly four hours.
