Ivan Ramierz and Sully Torres woke up early Saturday morning to a popping noise outside their top-floor window. Ramirez looked outside and saw the brightness of fire near the house next door on Kilpatrick Avenue.
He bolted out of bed and outside, where he saw flames leaping about three feet high...
