Police: 2 charged with weapons crimes after they're found carrying loaded handguns in Ford Heights

A 19-year-old man and his 17-year-old accomplice have been charged with weapons crimes after Cook County sheriff’s police found them carrying loaded handguns in Ford Heights, authorities said.
