One dead, one wounded in Waukegan shooting; 15-year-old boy charged

A 15-year-old Waukegan boy is accused of fatally shooting another teen and wounding man Friday night in downtown Waukegan.

It happened about 11 p.m. in the street at the intersection of Genesee and Clayton streets about an hour after a car festival had ended, police said.
