The shooter got out of a white four-door car and pulled the trigger, leaving a 34-year-old man with gunshot wounds in his abdomen and left armpit minutes before 11 p.m. Thursday in the 8100 block of South Laflin Street in the Gresham neighborhood.
He was later pronounced dead, at Christ Hospital.
