Two tow trucks came for the Ford Thunderbird with a dead man in the drivers’ seat.
He crashed into a tree just before 8:30 p.m. Friday in Washington Park, and flames engulfed the white car, police said.
He was alone in the car when police arrived, and was pronounced dead on the scene in the 5100...
