Girl, 5, fatally struck by vehicle on the Southwest Side

A 5-year-old girl died after she was struck by a vehicle Wednesday in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side, Chicago police said.

Shortly after 12:45 p.m., a girl was hit by a vehicle as it pulled into a driveway in the 2600 block of West Karlov Avenue.
