Cops: Man accused of robbing victim in Loop

Police arrested a man shortly after he struck a 49-year old in the face on Lower Michigan Avenue and robbed him, officials said.

The incident happened at about 1:55 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of North Lower Michigan Avenue in the Loop, police said.
