Midlothian man charged in 14-year-old's slaying, police say

A Midlothian man has been charged in the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy in Posen on Friday night, police said.

Miguel A. Flores, 21, was charged Monday with first-degree murder in the slaying of Alex Saldana, of the 14600 block of Division Avenue in Posen, police chief William Alexander said.
