A 55-year-old man was fatally stabbed in the chest in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side early Thursday, authorities said.
He was found dead in the 1500 block of South Millard Avenue just after 1:35 a.m., police said.
Officers found a knife on scene and took a 56-year-old woman into custody...
