Officials have identified a woman shot to death in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood on Thursday night as Francina Lowery.
Police initially said Lowery was 25. The medical examiner's office listed her age as 23 and said she resided in the 100 block of East 111th Street in the Roseland neighborhood.
