Woman fatally shot in Grand Crossing identified

A woman who was fatally shot last week on the South Side has been identified.

Shaundel Elizabeth Wimberly, 27, was shot July 10 in the 7800 block of South Kimbark Avenue in the Grand Crossing neighborhood about 4:40 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office and police.
