One teenager was killed and another was wounded in a Sunday afternoon shooting in the Park Manor neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side.
About 12:15 p.m. police were called to the area of East 70st Street and South Vernon Avenue for a report that two people had been shot, according to Chicago police.
