A 71-year-old woman who has dementia has been missing since May, according to a news release from the Chicago Police Department.
Lydia Hernandez was last seen about 6:30 a.m. May 5 in the 5300 block of Artesian Avenue in the Gage Park neighborhood, according to the release.
