Man pleads guilty to attack on nurse at suburban hospital, gets probation

A Glenview man who attacked a nurse at a suburban hospital has been sentenced to two years of probation and mental health treatment.

James Mette, 27, pleaded guilty in Cook County court Tuesday to aggravated battery in connection with the attack at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
