Man died from gunshot wounds suffered decades ago: Autopsy

A man who died last month was killed by injuries suffered in a shooting decades ago, authorities said Monday.

Rodney Winters, 63, was pronounced dead at 12:45 p.m. June 20 at his home in the 900 block of East 104 th Street, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
