Lowell man charged in shooting death

A Lowell man has been charged in an early Saturday shooting death.

Lake County Sheriff's Department spokesman Mark Back said Sunday that Charles E. Bayne, 21, has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of Cody Klotz, 27, also of Lowell. Back didn't immediately have the specific charges.
