A 24-year-old man who plunged 60 feet off a cliff in Starved Rock State Park Saturday afternoon has died, official said.
The man, whose name was not immediately being made public, was hiking when he slipped and fell into Pontiac Canyon about 2:30 p.m., according to the Utica Fire Protection District.
