Hammond police leaving 'no stone unturned' in death of boy, 13, hit by falling bullet

Hammond Police Department's spokesman assures the public that "there's going to be no stone unturned" in the department's investigation following a 13-year-old boy's death Saturday from a falling bullet.

"We do have two of our best detectives working around the clock on it," said Lt. Steve Kellogg.
