16-year-old boy shot on Far South Side

A 16-year-old boy was shot in the back in the Pill Hill neighborhood early Wednesday afternoon, Chicago police said.

The boy was shot in the 9300 block of South Clyde Avenue just after 12:05 p.m., police said.
