A man who wasn't the intended target of a passing gunman was shot dead as he sat in a car Tuesday afternoon.
About 5:15 p.m. a 21-year-old was sitting in a car in the 200 block of East 132nd Street in the Eden Green neighborhood, right by the Calumet River.
