Lake County officer indicted on rape charges, release states

A Lake County grand jury indicted a Lake County police officer Thursday on rape and other charges, according to a release.

The five-count indictment includes two counts of rape, attempted rape, sexual battery and criminal confinement filed against Nicholas Medrano, 34, of Lakes of the Four Seasons.
