Illinois State Police is reporting that the southbound lanes of the Bishop Ford Freeway are closed at 130th Street in Chicago after a truck carrying 40,000 pounds of steel rolled over, spilling its load.
Police said southbound lanes of the freeway are expected to be closed for one to two hours...
