A body was discovered Wednesday morning in the Columbus Park lagoon on the West Side in the Austin neighborhood, Chicago police said.
According to Officer Jose Estrada, the Chicago Police Marine Unit was alerted shortly after 9:30 a.m. to a body in a lagoon in the 500 block of South Central Avenue.
