Alleged gunman in Cook County judge's slaying indicted on 27 counts

A grand jury has formally indicted the alleged gunman in the slaying of Cook County Judge Raymond Myles, prosecutors said in court Wednesday.

Earl Wilson, 45, pleaded not guilty to 27 counts of first-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery, armed robbery and unlawful restraint.
