Man shot dead in Rogers Park

A 20-year-old man was shot dead about 7 a.m. Tuesday in the city's Rogers Park neighborhood on the North Side, police said. 

Officers found the 20-year-old man in the 1400 block of West Jonquil Terrace. He had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
