A former Southwest Side auto mechanic who was among the FBI’s most wanted is on his way back to Chicago to face kidnaping, rape and murder charges, authorities said.
Fidel Urbina was flying in from Mexico and was expected to land Tuesday at O’Hare International Airport, according to the FBI.
