A 23-year-old man was shot in the shoulder Monday on the Northwest Side in Humboldt Park, police said.
About 10:45 a.m. in the 3800 block of West Augusta Boulevard, the man felt pain after hearing shots from an unknown direction. He was taken to Stroger Hospital in stable condition.
